Got me right in. Performed the mechanical in a quarter of the time the flat rate called for- And only charged me a quarter of the price! Walt and his crew will most definitely get my business again.
Great tire place. Got blowout on I80, found this place. Afterhours service. Got whole thing done in 1.5hr. Great selection of used tires. No truckstop for many miles and this place is great. Prices are good too. Plenty of room for big rigs.
We had a tire blow out on a trailer and battle mountain was the only vendor around. They had the tire swapped in about 15 minutes. Perhaps these guys should take up a career in the NASCAR pits. Super impressive how fast they changed this tire out. Thanks for the great service. We will be back if we ever have the need. Thanks again
I never write reviews, but I thought these guys needed a mention. I was traveling in the RV with the kids and I had a sense that something was wrong, so I pulled over and checked a few things and saw a lug nut missing. I noticed the tire shop just before I stopped, so I turned around and had then check it out.
They did all this within 30 minutes of me pulling up and then said you couldn't charge me for anything and wouldn't take a dime, but instead they just wanted me to get home safety. You have no idea how much means to me and my family. These guys have restored my faith in people.
I was driving through with my wife in separate cars on our move to Idaho from California and my wife's car breaks down. So I push the car to Point S and they were really professional and helpful. They gave me a quote, told me they would call me when my car was done and they sent us on our way. We drove the 6.5 hours that we had left in our drive and when the car was supposed to be done we never got a call. This would probably be a better review, but because my wife and I had to call them to find out that our car was done and having to drive 13 hours round trip to get the car on top of that, I just can't do it.
I guess I'm just so used to people telling what they can't do for me and then will only do something if a dollar is wrapped around a tool.
They found three other lug nuts loose and the tire pressures had been set at the wrong pressure. They tightened all the lug nuts, replaced the missing lug nut and reset the tires to the correct pressure.
