Seriously awesome people, my car broke down in Elko and I had to junk it, Amanda made the process very easy and clear, they were able to pick up the car after I had to head back to Utah. She really gave me peace of mind and they picked it up the next day so I didn't risk a ticket for abandonment. Great experience, they even turned in my license plates for me!
Shawn or Sean is a saint! Great guy with a can-do attitude! He was eager to help and then turned into the save-the-day mechanic! He diagnosed our truck problem, had time to spare, he and my bf went to the parts store and they replaced it! It was a quick fix to a complicated problem we were facing.
