Loved our visit here. The owner was helpful and kind. The shop is eclectic and unique but full of lots of choices of fireworks; all with a description of the type of show each puts off. We got out of there for under $100 with a bag plumb full of goodies. Definitely worth adding a stop to your trip.
Big selection with a high price, seen some fireworks ive purchased elsewhere for half the price... When I mentioned this to the army coat warring fella he said "must have bought them from a criminal"... hahaha, well i wont be buying them from you buddy....

Steve and Earl have the best fireworks store in America. Combining unparalleled product knowledge with vast selection, on that alone the store is one of a kind. But what sets it apart is the owners. Imagine driving through the desert and walking into a place where the owners are modern day Abbott and Costello. Want to have one of the most interesting and entertaining conversations ever? Go in there. Even if you have no interest in fireworks, stop in and buy something just to get the vibe. Roller Coaster Fireworks and the Cassorla Brothers are something you just can't miss.
Worst place to buy fireworks!! We were recommended to buy fire works from roller coaster fireworks in battle mountain, we looked online at the reviews and saw 4.5 stars. We are from Oregon and wanted to buy some really good fireworks with a good deal. We called to verify they were open and what kind of fireworks they sold. It's at least a 9 hour drive from where we live. We asked the owner if they were the closet store to sell fireworks. He said yes he was the only store unless you go further south to an Indian reservation and he had the best prices. We drove all the way down to battle mountain and when we got there it was a HUGE disappointment. The fireworks looked outdated and the selection was slim. Not to mention WAY over priced! Like a 200% mark up on everything and wouldn't budge on the price. I do not recommend anyone to this place. I highly recommend you do your do research on other firework places. After searching we realized there was a few places closer to Reno, and closer to where we live.
