I'll definitely stay here again when traveling through Nevada.
I was quite impressed with the room. For it being a motel, it had a nice little kitchenette, room was a good size nothing to close to one another. Location was easy to find and quiet. Staff wasn't horrible. Pool was decent. I'd go back to spend a night but not sure if I'd want to spend more than one night there.
It was a nice comfortable places to yet. The staff was very nice.. my husband is disabled and I asked for a bench for the bathtub and they were able to give us one for him. Restaurant close by. But the train did run three different times during the night and woke us up but went right back to sleep really fast.
Soft, yet supportive King size bed with nice, clean bedding that had a high end feel.
Large flat screen TV with DirecTv
Good water pressure and quality towels.
Comfortable mattress!!! (I say this first, because it's the most important thing to me in a hotel. That's what I'm paying for; a bed.)
Room is a little "cozy", and some furniture is dated, but the room was very clean.

Don’t expect even 1star service here. The employees barely speak English, which in this day and age is a MUST! Especially in the USA! Battle Mountain Nevada is what about 700 miles from Tijuana, hello ENGLISH spoken here, comprende! I was raised in a small town in Northern Nevada, I LOVE it here, but the folks back in “the day” had decent personalities and manners. I see the maintenance man here at the motel all the time, I always say “ hey good morning, how are you today?” He just stares at me and will mumble.. ah right or some such dribble, all with a scowl face. If you intend to stay here, bring your Spanish to English translation book and have a patient personality.... you will need them both
Good beds..not too hard or soft. Clean and orderly place. Room had kitchenette cook top plus microwave and fridge. Door seal not tight so early morning noises heard in room . Freight train through town before 6 am. Water noises from adjacent showers quite loud. Nice fitness center that is in pool house unmarked and locked. You ask for access a they let you in.. I've posted photos of the equipment already.. nice stuff but no AC so go early and open the windows ..
